The Como Hotel - Terms and Conditions

1. 
Prices and Taxes All rates are quoted in CAD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Additional charges may apply for extra services, amenities, or late check-outs.

Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out Full payment is required at the time of booking or check-in unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional fees.

Traveling with Minor Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Proof of age and guardianship may be required at check-in. The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in to unaccompanied minors.

4. 
Accessibility or Special Needs We strive to accommodate guests with special needs. Please contact us in advance to discuss specific requirements, and we will do our best to make necessary arrangements. However, some limitations may apply based on building design.

5. 
Parking Limited parking may be available at an additional charge per night. Spaces are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. The hotel is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss related to vehicles parked on or near the premises.

Hotel Events The hotel may host events that could cause minor disturbances. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize any inconvenience. Guests will be notified in advance where possible.

7. 
Dispute Resolution/Issues Any disputes or concerns should be reported to hotel management immediately for resolution. In the event of unresolved disputes, matters will be handled in accordance with British Columbia law.

Use of Personal Information Guest information is collected for reservation, service, and legal purposes. We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law. Our full privacy policy is available upon request.

9. 
Liability The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use in-room safes where available. The hotel is also not liable for injuries sustained due to guest negligence or non-compliance with hotel policies.

10. 
Force Majeure The hotel is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

11. 
Third-Party Rights These terms do not grant rights to any third parties. The agreement is strictly between the hotel and the registered guest.

12. 
Waiver Failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of rights. The hotel reserves the right to enforce all terms at any time.

13. 
Severance If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
